The UAE is among top 10 countries globally for expats while Dubai is ranked second-best city in the world after Singapore for expats looking to start a business, a survey revealed.

Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) was established as a free zone on Monday as part of a new law and series of decrees issued by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai.

The UAE and US have signed an agreement to implement America’s new Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Ministry of Finance announced in a statement carried by state news agency WAM on Saturday.
